How long does it take to hire a helper?
Transfer helpers who are already in Singapore can usually start within days once paperwork is approved. Helpers arriving from overseas typically take a few weeks, depending on MOM processing, medical checks and travel arrangements. We'll give you a realistic timeline before you commit.
What's the difference between a new helper and a transfer helper?
A new helper arrives from her home country (Myanmar, Indonesia or Cambodia), while a transfer helper is already working in Singapore and moving to a new employer. Transfer helpers can be interviewed face-to-face and start sooner; new helpers give you a wider pool to choose from.
I found my own helper — can you just handle the paperwork?
Yes. That's our direct hire service: we process the work permit application, insurance, medical check-up and the rest of the documentation, so a helper you sourced yourself is employed fully in line with MOM requirements.
What payment options do you accept?
Cash, bank transfer, credit cards, and Grab PayLater instalment plans — so you can spread out the cost of hiring. Ask us for a fee breakdown and a payment schedule that suits you.
Do you provide support after my helper starts work?
Yes — aftercare is part of the service, not an extra. We stay contactable for advice, mediation, renewals and any paperwork that comes up during your helper's employment. It's the thing our Google reviews mention most.
Do you also recruit foreign workers for companies?
Yes. Our Foreign Manpower Recruitment division helps Singapore businesses hire foreign workers, with candidates sourced from China, Malaysia, India, Bangladesh, Myanmar and Vietnam — work pass applications, entry preparation, medicals, orientation and training bookings included.
